Representative Johnson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
HCS CSSB 210(JUD) (page 2423).                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of HCS CSSB 210(JUD) be taken up on the same day.                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.

     "An Act relating to crimes against children; relating to persons                                                           
     found guilty but mentally ill; relating to sentencing procedures for                                                       
     factors that may increase the presumptive range or affect

     mandatory parole eligibility; relating to the granting of probation;                                                       
     relating to procedures for finding aggravating factors at                                                                  
     sentencing; relating to crimes of human trafficking; establishing a                                                        
     task force to evaluate services available to victims of human                                                              
     trafficking, sex trafficking, or promotion of prostitution and                                                             
     examine the prevalence of those crimes; relating to the                                                                    
     recommendations and report of the task force; amending Rule                                                                
     32.1, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an                                                             
     effective date."
